Mold Surface Treatment bernama Kanuc adalah perawatan nitridasi gas yang dikembangkan pada tahun 1985 di Jepang oleh Kanuc Co, Ltd. Mereka mendirikan pabrik di Indonesia pada tahun 2011 dan kami bekerja sama dengan PT. Kanuc Indonesia untuk menyediakan Mold Surface Treatment bagi pelanggan kami di berbagai sektor seperti industri otomotif, industri komponen elektronik, industri alat pemotong, industri makanan dan obat-obatan, industri alat kesehatan, dan industri peracikan resin.

Perlakuan ini berbeda dengan nitridasi konvensional, yang sebagian besar menggunakan FeN, sedangkan perlakuan Kanuc adalah perlakuan difusi yang sebagian besar menggunakan CrN, MoN, dll. (bukan FeN).
Dengan secara signifikan memperbaiki masalah yang terkait dengan nitridasi konvensional lainnya, seperti penurunan ketangguhan, perubahan dimensi, dan kekasaran permukaan setelah perlakuan, perlakuan Kanuc telah menjadi solusi untuk diaplikasikan di berbagai bidang dengan 5 karakteristik khusus sebagai berikut.
1. Lapisan yang mengeras terutama terdiri dari lapisan difusi dengan sedikit penurunan ketangguhan.
2. Efek seragam dapat diperoleh bahkan dalam bentuk yang rumit dan lubang yang dalam.
3. Sedikit perubahan pada kekasaran permukaan.
4. Lebih sedikit perubahan lengkungan dan dimensi.
5. Efek perawatan dapat direproduksi melalui perawatan berulang (Re-Kanuc).
